Our mission is to make it easier than ever for people to spread love. Whether it’s through one of our non-profit programs or starting your own organization to create positive change, we’re here to provide a gateway to giving in a meaningful (and fun!) way.
Our Story
Living Through Giving was founded by a small group of friends in Los Angeles, California. In looking for a way to give back to their local communities, they started #HashtagLunchbag, a means to feed & feel love with like minded individuals. As the idea grew, they realized how many barriers there are between people and their ideas for doing good. Living Through Giving was created to lower those barriers, and empower others to do it for the love.

How We Work
Through our fiscal sponsor program, Living Through Giving is proud to empower a diverse group of nonprofits. Our current family includes organizations focused on hunger, sustainability, education, and voter participation. We are always open to additional opportunities that may be the right fit; please contact us if you’d like to partner with one of our existing programs, or to learn about how we can support you in building your own efforts.
